- 5 - REASON FOR GRANTING THE WRIT Petitioners respectfully pray that a writ of certiorari be granted to review the judgment and opinion of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Donald Williams had no Warrant or M.G.L. Chapter 123 "pink slip". Illegally obtained information and the fruits of said illegally obtained information was used. The medical reports contain false heresay evidence. The police report was false, full of heresay evidence, prevarication and distortion of fact. He had another motive - to teach the petitioner a lesson. He wrote a false hit and run accident report on November 14, 1990. He showed how to abuse power. There was a conspiracy to deny the petitioner his civil rights exploiting cover up. He was a veteran and served in Korea. He defended the Constitution and Liberty that he was deprived of at his door step. CONCLUSION For the reasons set forth above, a writ of certiorari should be granted to review the judgement and opinion of the U. S. Court of Appeals in this matter on the record.
